Terms of Service
Last updated: January 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CSfi.exchange ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. CSfi is currently in a controlled beta phase.
These terms should be read together with the Risk Disclosure, Privacy Policy, custody disclosures, quote confirmations, and any beta-specific access notices shown in the product.
2. Description of Service
CSfi.exchange provides a decentralized options trading platform for CS2 virtual items ("Skins"). The Platform enables users to buy and sell call options on eligible Skins, with settlements executed in USDC on the Solana blockchain.
The beta uses RFQ-based quotes rather than a public order book. Quote availability, supported markets, expiries, fees, size limits, and custody flows can change or be disabled during beta operations.
3. Eligibility and Restricted Access
Access may be limited by beta allowlists, jurisdiction, sanctions, age, wallet, Steam-account status, custody eligibility, or other operational controls. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful where you are located.
CSfi may reject, pause, restrict, or remove access to users, markets, quotes, or workflows when required for compliance, security, abuse prevention, settlement integrity, or beta-risk management.
4. Trading and Options-Style Risks
Options trading involves substantial risk of loss. The value of Skins and options can be highly volatile. You should not trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.
Buyers can lose premium and fees if an option expires worthless or cannot be exercised economically. Covered-call writers can face delivery obligations, opportunity cost, custody restrictions, and settlement timing risk.
Information on the Platform is educational and product-specific. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.
5. Custody, Exercise, and Settlement
Skin deposits are held in custody during the option period. Settlement occurs automatically upon expiration or exercise via the CSfi settlement engine.
Custody-backed flows may include inventory verification, deposit intake, transfer observation, finality checks, registration, locks, exercise, expiry, release, settlement, and withdrawal. A skin can be unavailable for withdrawal while an option, deposit, dispute, operational review, or settlement step is active.
Settlement can be affected by Steam platform behavior, chain congestion, wallet signatures, custody evidence, beta controls, and service availability. Failed or delayed settlement may require retry, cancellation, release, dispute handling, or operator review according to the active workflow.
6. Fees, Payments, and Beta Limits
CSfi may limit supported markets, regions, users, quote sizes, fees, and product availability during the controlled beta. Review the Fees, Risks, and Custody pages before using the platform.
Premiums, platform fees, network fees, settlement costs, withdrawal costs, and minimums may apply. Fee displays are part of the quote and workflow review process and may be changed during beta with updated product or policy disclosures.
7. Steam, Wallet, and Blockchain Responsibilities
You are responsible for wallet security, Steam account security, reviewing prompts before signing, and understanding that Solana transactions are public and may be irreversible. CSfi will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, Steam password, or recovery codes.
8. Support and Disputes
Questions about account access, Steam linking, custody, settlement, or legal terms can be routed through the Contact page.
Include the relevant route, wallet address, public transaction signature, quote ID, option address, or deposit ID when possible. Do not send secrets, private keys, seed phrases, or raw identity documents through unsecured channels.
