1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CSfi.exchange ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
CSfi.exchange provides a decentralized options trading platform for CS2 (Counter-Strike 2) virtual items ("Skins"). The Platform enables users to buy and sell call and put options on eligible Skins, with settlements executed in USDC on the Solana blockchain.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use financial services in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Wallet and Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Solana wallet and any associated credentials. CSfi.exchange is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet.
5. Trading Risks
Options trading involves substantial risk of loss. The value of Skins and options can be highly volatile. You should not trade with funds you cannot afford to lose. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
6. Custody and Settlement
Skin deposits are held in custody during the option period. Settlement occurs automatically upon expiration or exercise. Physical delivery applies to call options; put options are cash-settled in USDC.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to market manipulation, money laundering, or circumventing sanctions. Violation may result in immediate termination of access.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSfi.exchange and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
